This had to be better than sex though honestly, he was having a similar reaction. Steve just didn't see how anything else could be this good so he was ignoring it. Why was it so addicting? Was it really just the reactor? His hands shifted from just supporting to actually holding.

The whimper didn't really help and he could feel Tony press against his head which was just fine. He wasn't trying to pull away so that was a good sign. He took his time just lapping up the blood and maybe letting the man bleed a little longer than necessary just to be greedy.
