Steve inhaled sharply at the sight of blood on the man's face and he nearly didn't hear what Tony said to them. It was likely an odd look, spacey and almost... Hungry. Even freshly dead wasn't the same as feeling a heart pump blood through someone's veins.

With a dazed look, he reached out to smear his gloved hand through the blood on the side of the man's face and abruptly, he realized what he was doing. He jerked his hand back.

He shook his head and took a deep breath, deciding to act like nothing unusual had happened, "No, and we're not finished yet."
