It takes him a moment to relate the descriptions to Tony and probably Steve, respectively. Bucky doesn't say anything in response. He's short on words right now. He's still uncomfortable as Tony works on the arm. It helps that there aren't anything resembling restraints or shock panels.

He's just as quiet as Tony and stares at the wall across from them. He makes a face a couple times when the man does something that feels unpleasant but he won't move until Tony tells him that he's allowed.
