His gaze flicks up to the flying man and gives him a glare. This had not been in his plans for today either. The EMP blast staggers him and he lets out a small sound of pain as his arm falls even more useless than it had already been.

He doesn't listen to the suggestion to stop and earns himself a blast in the back that sends him sprawling. He's slow getting up, particularly with one arm and he's incredibly vulnerable right now.
